Whether you’re updating a single space or transforming your entire home, we guide you through every stage—from consultation and design to construction and follow-up—with expert care and attention to detail. Here’s what you can expect when you work with us:
Our Process
Step 1 – Contact Us
Fill out the form on our contact page so that we can learn more about you and your vision for your space.
Step 2 – Phone Consultation
Once we receive your form, we will give you a call so we can talk more about your project. Together we’ll go over details of your project, ballpark pricing, and timeline to complete your remodel.
Step 3 – On-Site Consultation
Once we have talked about your project and your general ideas for the space, we will come do an in home consultation so that we can take measurements and start planning out your design.
Step 4 – Signing The Contract
After we have discussed all parts of your project and picked out the materials we’ll be using to enhance your space, we will sign the contract.
Step 5 – Design Phase
This is where we will do a deep dive into the final product of your project. Each home is different, so we’ll take the time to create your dream vision and present mood boards and a 3D design of the space if requested. During this time we will go over reconfigurations of your space and a more concrete timeline.
Step 6 – We Protect Your Home
Before we start any work, we will make sure to protect the parts of your home that won’t be under construction. It is important to us that we treat your home as our own, which means that we will ensure our trucks are properly parked and equipment is set up correctly.
Step 7 – We Get To Work
This is where the magic happens. During this time we will be available to answer any questions that you may have and we will keep you updated on our progress throughout buildout.
Step 8 – Project Updates
At the end of each day we will give you updates on our progress so that you know exactly what is happening while we elevate your home.
Step 9 – Finished Product And Final Walkthrough
Once we are done with your project, together we will do a final walkthrough of the space. During this time, if you notice anything that needs perfecting, we will take care of it.
Step 10 – Warranty
Even after the project is done, you can rest assured knowing you have a 1 year craftsmanship warranty on all things that are within our control and covered in the contract. You also benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty on materials.
Step 11 – Follow Up
We want to make sure that you continue to love your new space. After three days, we will follow up with you to ensure that everything is perfect and that your space exceeds your vision for your home. We will continue to follow up three weeks and three months after your project’s completion. After that, we will check in every 6 months for the duration of your warranty.
